*** FAIR USE NOTICE ***

This private non-commercial web site contains copyrighted material whose use has not been specifically authorized by the copyright owner for the exclusive use of the site's owner, family, and friends.  It provides a wide spectrum of interest for discussions.

Why save:  Have you ever clicked on a hyperlink and received a 404 error? The World Wide Web is constantly changing and links are frequently broken. As an Analyst who sometimes quotes material, I retain a “working copy” of the original reference material.  Whenever possible, quoted material is recorded in a bibliography of material or in the original material.

What is saved:  Advertising, duplicated headers, and non-related material is normally removed from the original source material to conserve space and limit search returns.  Information format and names are sometimes modified to permit display in different systems. Materials from multiple sources are frequently combined to create a “bigger picture”.  When feasible, hyperlinks are added or modified to reference local material, however; original links will be included within the material as a comment or opening page to the original location.

Sources:  Most of the information comes from sites publicly available on the Internet or message traffic from public groups. Additional information is derived from content analysis from these and other declassified sources.  No currently classified or sensitive material will be included, discussed, or divulged under any circumstances.

Info or reference:  Sections of the web are automated and content is added or removed periodically.  News highlights and/or temporary information is reviewed and stored for relatively short periods of time.  Some content is stored in a reference section and may occur in several locations.

I believe that this constitutes a 'fair use' of the copyrighted material as provided for in section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Law. If the originator of material wishes, I will remove any content from the public accessible website.
